How it works

Delivery

Last updated 7 November 2026

Every product is a digital download. Nothing physical is printed, packed or shipped, and nothing is posted to you.

When the files arrive

Delivery is immediate. As soon as Etsy confirms payment, the files appear in your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews, and a download link is included in the confirmation email. There is no waiting for a working day and no dispatch time.

How to open them

  1. Download the ZIP on a computer. Phones often cannot unzip reliably.
  2. Unzip the folder before opening any file. Opening a design straight from inside the ZIP can fail or lose linked assets.
  3. Open the README first. It names every file and says which format is for which machine.
  4. Import the SVG into your cutting software, or the PNG into your print or sublimation program.

Formats

The listing says exactly which formats are included. Most cut files ship as SVG and PNG, and some older listings also include DXF, EPS and PDF. A listing that says PNG-only is PNG-only; nothing is withheld to sell you later.

  • SVG — Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio Designer Edition or higher, Glowforge, xTool, most laser and vector software.
  • PNG — 300 DPI, transparent background, for sublimation, DTF, printing and Canva.
  • DXF — Silhouette Studio Basic and programs that do not read SVG.
  • PDF / EPS — printing, editing and laser work.

File sizes

Downloads are kept under Etsy's file-size limit and split into ZIPs where a set is large. If a ZIP is unusually large, download it on a stable connection rather than a phone.

If something is missing

If a file named in the listing is missing, corrupt, or will not open, message the shop with your order number and a screenshot. It will be fixed or refunded. See Refunds.
