Terms of service

Last updated 7 November 2026

These terms apply to this website. The sale itself is completed on Etsy, so Etsy's terms also apply to checkout, payment and delivery.

1. Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Eighty9 Crafts, a one-person design studio run by Moiz. "The shop" means Eighty9 Crafts; "you" means the person using the site or buying a design.

2. What this site is

This site is a catalogue. It shows designs that are live in the shop and links each one to its Etsy listing. It does not take payment, create an account, or deliver files. Those steps happen on Etsy.

3. Orders and payment

When you buy, the contract of sale is between you and the shop, completed through Etsy. Etsy handles payment, tax, invoicing and file delivery. Prices shown here are Etsy list prices; the offer applied at checkout is the price you pay. If a price is shown incorrectly, the shop may cancel the order and refund it rather than honour the error.

4. Digital products and licence

Every product is a digital download. Your use of the files is governed by the licence included with the download. In short: personal use is unlimited, commercial use on finished physical products is allowed up to the number stated on the listing, and reselling or redistributing the files is not allowed.

5. Delivery

Files are delivered by Etsy immediately after payment. See Delivery for how to find and open them. Nothing physical is shipped.

6. Refunds

Because the files are delivered instantly, change-of-mind returns are not offered. Faulty, missing or materially different files are fixed or refunded. See Refunds. Nothing there removes a right you have under consumer law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the files;
  • upload the files to a print-on-demand service unless the listing permits it;
  • claim the design as your own or register it as a trademark;
  • use the site in a way that disrupts it, attempts to extract data at scale, or breaks the law.

8. Ownership

The designs, the site and its text remain the property of the shop or its licensors. You receive a licence to use a design, not ownership of it.

9. AI use

Some designs are made with AI assistance and finished by hand. Listings that use AI say so. The shop checks and approves the final design before it is published.

10. Third-party services

Etsy, Cricut, Silhouette, Brother and other names are trademarks of their owners. The shop is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Links to Etsy or other sites are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Availability

The catalogue is generated from the live shop, so a design can disappear when its Etsy listing ends. The shop does not guarantee that any design remains available.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, the shop is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by your machine, software, materials or the way a design was used. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the design concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or any right that consumer law does not allow to be excluded.

13. Changes

These terms may change as the shop changes. The date at the top of the page is the version that applies. Orders already placed are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where the shop is operated, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.

15. Contact

Contact the shop with any question about these terms.

Still unsure? Message the shop on Etsy and you will get a reply from the person who makes the files. Contact the shop.
