Frequently asked questions

The short answers. If yours is not here, message the shop.

What do I get when I buy?

Every listing names the exact files included. Most cut-file listings include SVG, PNG, DXF, EPS and PDF in one ZIP, plus a README and a licence. Some newer listings are PNG-only. The listing always tells you what is in the folder before you buy.

How do I download my files?

After payment, Etsy puts the files in your Purchases page and sends a download link in the confirmation email. Download on a computer and unzip the folder before opening the files. Phones often cannot unzip files reliably.

Which machines will these work with?

SVG works with Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio Designer Edition or higher, Glowforge, xTool and most laser software. DXF is for Silhouette Studio Basic and other programs that do not read SVG. PDF and EPS are for printing, laser work and editing. If you are not sure, message before you buy.

Can I use the design on products I sell?

Yes. A commercial licence is included for the number of finished physical products stated on the listing. You can sell shirts, totes, signs and similar finished items. You cannot resell, share or redistribute the digital files themselves.

Can I use the design for print-on-demand?

No, unless the listing says otherwise. The licence covers finished products you make yourself, not uploading the file to Printify, Redbubble, Zazzle or a similar print-on-demand service.

Can I edit the design?

You can resize, recolour and adapt it for your own finished products in your cutting or design software. You cannot resell the edited file, share it, or claim the design as your own.

Do you accept returns on digital downloads?

Because the files are delivered instantly, returns and exchanges are not offered for a change of mind. If a file is corrupt, missing, or materially different from the listing, message the shop and it will be fixed or refunded.

The file will not open. What do I do?

Message the shop with the listing name, a screenshot of the error and the software you are using. Most issues are an unzip problem or an old software version, and can usually be fixed quickly.

Will the colours match the photos?

The mockups show the design, not a guaranteed colour match. Your vinyl, fabric, printer and material decide the final colour. If colour accuracy matters for your project, ask before you buy.

Are the designs AI-generated?

Some designs are made with AI assistance and finished by hand. Every listing that uses AI says so. The final design is cleaned, checked and approved before it goes live.

Is this website the checkout?

No. This site is the catalogue. Every purchase is completed on Etsy, which handles payment, tax and file delivery.

Still unsure? Message the shop on Etsy and you will get a reply from the person who makes the files. Contact the shop.
